S2340M, pink tint

Hey guys,

This started yesterday. I was just using my computer when the screen flickered for a few seconds and then came up as pink. I've heard that the pink tint may be caused by the cables, but I've tried 3 sets and none of them fix the pink tint. Even when the monitor is unplugged the text appears pink. Also I've got a second monitor plugged in too and that one has no pink tint. Image:

Also I'm not exactly the most knowledgeable about computers, so if you need more info I can try to give it.

prs949,

Run the monitor Built-in Diagnostics. Page 25 of the User's Guide.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I ran the Diagnostic and all the colors were fine except green and white - the green had serious burn in and the white was pink.

I called Dell and I'm going to get a replacement, but thanks for the reply.
