S2417DG, flashing RGB, power saving, overclock issues
First, I can't change any of the S2417DG settings as when my S2417DG next turns off, it defaults to older settings and cleared what I changed.
Second, whenever the S2417DG is idle aka pc is turned off and S2417DG is on, the S2417DG proceeds to flash RGB colors. I have tried the fix by turning off the settings for Factory Menu and BurnIn setting. However, they turn themselves back on instantly after I've turned my S2417DG back on after exiting the panel.
Lastly, I can't overclock because of issue one.

What is the non-private 20 digit serial number?
Any changes you make in the FSM (Factory Service Menu) will be removed when the monitor is powered off/on. So leave it on all of the time.

however i mean like the main actual monitor settings don’t change, but i can’t over clock because to enable it, it restarts your monitor and then when it’s back on it forgets it had to over clock as the actual monitor settings wipe every time i boot up the monitor + this means power saving mode in settings always stuck on
