S2417DG, unable to access Factory Service Menu?

Hello,

A while ago my monitor started to alternate between various colors when I put my computer to sleep instead of turning off. When I googled the issue I found the likely culprit to be that "BurnIn mode" was somehow turned on in the Factory Service Menu. I want to get in and turn the option off but I'm unable to access the menu through described methods. Those being:

1) Power the monitor off.

2) While connected to a video source, hold the two far-left buttons down, then turn the monitor on while holding them.

3) Release the buttons once the monitor has turned on.

4) Press the far left button again.

Doing this does not open up the service menu. Sometime, it prevents my monitor from being able to be turned off, though, forcing me to unplug and replug its power source to force it to do so.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
