S2418H, warranty period of the product is not correct.
I bought the Dell S2418H three months ago and I applied for transfer ownership. Going from USA to South Korea. Yes, the transfer of ownership was processed normally. But the warranty period was not accurate. Could you tell me how to solve this problem?

According to our internal tools, this retailer S2418H was only sold with a 1 year warranty. Because it sold through retail and not directly through Dell, we added 3 months to the warranty period. Ship date = 4/30/2017 Warranty end date = 7/30/18
In theory, you should have 1 year warranty from your purchase date from the retailer. Since I am in the USA, you will need to contact Dell Support for your country. Provide to them your data, the service tag number, your retail store invoice. They will then need to contact the Tag team to get this corrected.
