S2421H, calibration, RGB controls
Trying to calibrate my monitor with Xrite i1 profiler. Is there any way to access the RGB controls. If I go to RGB in the color menu I can't get to the individual RGB channels.

None of the five S2421 models (S2421H/HN/HS/HSX/HGF) were offered with DUCCS (Dell UltraSharp Color Calibration System) and X-Rite i1Display Pro support. So you will need to find a calibration software that saves its calibrations within itself on the drive, versus the monitor. Their Menu OSD does not offer the Color- Color Space- Preset Modes- Cal 1 and Cal 2 which is where DUCCS saves the calibrations. Versus say the UP2516D/UP2716D monitors that do offer this =

Go to Color - Custom color mode. Here you have RGB gain controls for white.
I find more useful Displaycal than i1Profiler. Also grey GPU calibration from i1Profiler produces banding even on GPUs that can avoid it. DisplayCAL GPU calibration loader does not (if GPU can do it).
@DELL-Chris M He is talking about common GPU calibration available to all monitors, using i1Profiler software from Xrite. That one is the generic one for all monitors. DUCCS is a special vendor made i1Profiler for older U and newer UP ultrasharps with HW calibration.
