The monitor purchase ID number that you gave to chat was never attached to a Dell Order number. That is why they could not find you in our system.

I already sent my receipt, it had a invoice, purchase, customer number on it. If I'm making a mistake please tell me but I'm not the one that lost a monitor order, took over a month to "fix" it with a broken monitor that you again run me around to get fixed. I'd checked last week and was informed by my bank that I can dispute this charge. I was hoping posting the problem on your public forum would enhance my chances of getting the problem fixed.
