You need to send DELL-Cares (see instructions above) a private message with the following private data =
* S2522HG Service Tag
* S2522HG 20 digit serial number
* Was this S2522HG purchased directly from Dell? If not, then from where?

try attaching an external monitor to see if the problem is a screen problem or hardware. If the lines show on other display, then I would replace the motherboard. If not, check the cables for damage and it doesn't show the replace the panel
