* For my notes, click my DELL-username and send me via Private Message the monitor service tag number * Was this monitor purchased NEW directly from Dell? * What is the non-private 20 digit S/N? (check the back label) * What is the non-private A0x revision? (check the back label)
* Turn the monitor off * Disconnect all PC video cables, USB, and the power cable from the monitor * Press and hold the power button for 8 seconds. If not a mechanical power button, just wait 8 seconds * Reconnect ONLY the power cable to the monitor
* Run the monitor stand alone BID (Built-in Diagnostics), page 44 - If you see the issue during the stand alone BID, post video or pictures showing us the issue - If you do not see the issue during the stand alone BID, the fault is not the monitor
