S2716DG, G-Sync firmware update
Hi,
I have a S2716DGb monitor that is having trouble with G-Sync. I read on Reddit that it needs a firmware update. How do I get this firmware update? My S2716DG was Manufactured December 2015 and is out of warranty. Would Dell make an exception and update my firmware? I also have the S2716DG serial number and service tag.

We tried reaching you on a private message but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
Even if the monitor were still under warranty, Dell does not have a service to capture the monitor, update the firmware, then send the monitor back to you. Firmware updates are only done in the Service Center on new and returned/refurbished monitors.
