Was this S2716DG purchased directly from Dell? Did this issue appear when you first took the S2716DG out of the box?

No, I purchased it new from Newegg around a year ago. It was also not an issue right out of the box, it's been working fine until around 2 months ago.

All Dell can do is exchange it with a refurbished S2716DG.
* Go back to the top of this monitor Forum
* Open the announcement, "FAQ Monitor"
* Read through, "Monitor warranties and replacement instructions"
