S2716DG, Radeon RX 480 can't get 144Hz refresh rate?

I just bought a Dell Nvidia G-Sync 2716DG monitor online and got it today. I was setting it up when I realized that I can't seem to get the refresh rate to 144Hz. When I did some research I could only find answers involving the Nvidia control panel. I do not have an Nvidia GPU. I instead have a Radeon RX 480. Is a 144Hz refresh rate even possible with a Radeon RX 480? If not, what Dell monitor there that has the same specs as this one but would work with my GPU?

If you go into the settings and initial menu of the monitor does it show what the current and max resolution is for DP? I am just curious on this, but unfortunately after discussing with DELL-ChrisM you will probably want to either get an Nvidia card or get a AMD Freesync monitor, there are a few options on Dell's site (I believe 2). On a side note he was telling me even if the 144HZ was working on this one you'd be missing out since the G-Sync would never be in use (I know you mentioned this and were aware, but it's a pretty nice feature to have in use). I also didn't find any workarounds other than using an Nvidia card. Sorry on this news. If anything has changed or if you find something else out that works, please let me know.

Update 8/4/20 = User CharlesIsWorking made sure to download and install the S2716DG driver which fixed the missing refresh rates.

Is this on a Dell system with the AMD RX 480? If not, is there a particular manufacturer of the card?

Thank you for your reply.  No, the system is not from Dell. The manufacturer is Asus. The card is an Asus dual AMD RX 480 8GB.

The monitors is hooked up to my video card through the DisplayPort. I am not sure if the Radeon settings window shows an option to change the refresh rate.  I checked and was able to find the refresh rate.  It is currently listed as G.Refresh Rate (Hz) 59.9506.  Thanks again.

Although not supported by Dell, from what I have seen you should be able to get 144Hz with this card. How do you have it hooked up (cable type)? I would recommend trying DisplayPort if you haven't yet.  And have you tried going through the Radeon settings/control panel to see if 144Hz is listed there?
