S2716DG, Wake Up Issues, not solved, #2

I just got mine and it seems to have similar problem as others here. Has Dell dealt with this?

* Purchased from whom?
* What is the non-private 20 digit S/N and A0x revision?
* No, I have not seen a specific firmware update that references this issue
* What operating system?
* What Nvidia video card?
* What Nvidia video card driver version?

Workarounds =

Monitor Deep Sleep, disabled
* Press the Menu button to open the OSD (On Screen Display)
* Go to Others
* Choose Factory Reset- Enable
* Change Monitor Deep Sleep to Disable
* Go up to Display
* Set Response Time to Fast
* Exit the OSD

Monitor Deep Sleep, enabled, operating system settings
* Pressing the Exit button will wake up the S2716DG
* Power cycling the S2716DG will wake up the S2716DG

* Enter the advanced power settings of the operating system
* Open PCI Express
* Open Link State Power Management
* Set to Off
* Click Apply- OK
