S2716DG, Windows 10 won't show 144Hz?
Windows 10 and using most current drivers from Dell and Nvidia. When I go to control panel, it only shows 23 and 24Hz. I cant select anything else.

How is the S2716DG connected to the Nvidia video card using which cable and ports?

8 gigs of memory
EVGA GTX 1060 6GIG
using the supplied cable to the DP not the HDMI
