S2716DG, not working on boot up
Hi Chris,
Same problem here.
My system is;
CPU: i5 2500k
GPU: Zotac GTX 970
RAM: Gskill Ripjaws 2x4 GB 1600mhz
M.board: MSI P67A G45
When i was at boot menu, the monitor comes into power save mode. And i unplug power cable pc and monitor, then restart my pc, it works. But HDMI cable working properly. So what can i do? Everytime i've tried to make this process.

So you are saying when connected via DP on cold boot and restart, the S2716DG appears black =
Zotac GTX 970 DP out --> S2716DG DP to DP cable --> S2716DG DP in
Understand that the S2716DG can do all of the following Hz = 60Hz/85Hz/100Hz/120Hz/144Hz
But on boot/restart, your video card may not be able to do all the Hz listed above. If set to 144Hz in Windows, back it down to 120Hz. Then test cold boot and restart. Do the same for 100Hz/85Hz/60Hz.
