S2716DG, problem with BurnIn mode, #3

I purchased two new S2716DG monitors. One of them works perfectly, and the other one has an issue where whenever my computer goes to sleep, the entire monitor starts cycling through colors. I have tried doing things mentioned in other threads (different but similar problem) to no avail. I should mention that I can access the factory menu, and the issue persists regardless of the state of burn-in mode. I'm pretty unhappy to have spent over a grand on these monitors, and not get any support on an out of the box issue.
