FYI, USB-C works with iPad Pro, but not with Mac Mini 2018 or my old MacBook Air 2011 using a thunderbolt-usb-c adapter. HDMI works great for all! But not why I bought this monitor. Plus, it is recommended by two online authors so would be great for Apple Community if you would address it and post new firmware.

As I stated on that older thread and others, Dell is not going to test/validate on Apple proprietary hardware and operating system. The S2718D driver page only shows Windows drivers. The S2718D sales page never mentioned Apple compatibility so we cannot speak to what those two online authors stated. In our lab, we only have Dell Desktops and Laptops running Windows to test/validate on. So no, Dell will not fix the issue with the Apple products. For Dell to troubleshoot, you need to test the S2718D on a dedicated Windows operating system PC to see if the issue is present. Or ask the Apple users on their Forum for advice.

I had the same problem, every time I should re-click the monitor boot button, then show me the login image.

Talk to your marketing guys. They would probably like to sell lots of monitors to Apple customers.
