S2718D, horizontal black lines
I bought my S2718D monitor a year and two weeks ago from Staples. Right on cue, it suddenly has horizontal black lines everywhere that are confirmed during the BID. It says I have a three year limited warranty, but tech support says because it's over a year old, they can't help me. I just need a functioning monitor. How do I make that happen?

I also sent you a Private Message discussing the S2718D warranty.
Try this to see if it clears up the lines;
* Disconnect all cabling (DC power adapter, HDMI, USB Type-C, USB devices, Audio) from the S2718D
* Press and hold in the S2718D power button for 8 seconds
* Reconnect only the DC power adapter to the S2718D
* Run the S2718D Built-in Diagnostics again (page 35)
