I keep trying to reply or send you a private message and it is saying I am not allowed to send a PM and to try again later. Suggestions please.

Yes, the Dell Advanced Support did what you suggested it did not help. He did not know what to do so he has to send it to Level 3 support now. 

We also updated anything that needed to be updated. He fixed the problem that every time I shut off my computer I had no sound and had to download the drivers again. 

However, no one can figure out how to get me the download speed I had before they put in the new HDSpeed Test.PNGSpeed..PNG

You will need to start a new thread for the PC download speed issue on the applicable Forum board.

Title = Specific PC model, short issue description
Body = Full issue description. All troubleshooting performed, etc. Do not post private data (service tag number, email address, etc.) on the public board
