S2721DGFA, changed into DGF

Every pc accepts my S2721DGFA as S2721DGF now. Even though previously it was DGFA specifically. It even has menu written all over that it is DGFA, not DGF. It is a problem as it creates strange refresh rates, like 165,08Hz. And also tearing is awful. Even more if I try to use G-Sync or FreeSync. Which was never a problem when my monitor was perceived as DGFA by my devices.

Click the DELL-Cares username. On the resulting page, click "Send this user a private message". Provide to them the private monitor Service Tag.

Or you may click the "Get help now" on the right to Chat with Dell agents.

You failed to mention the specific monitor model number?

Did you install a video card/GPU driver?
Did you install a monitor firmware update?

The online S2721DGFA drivers page does not offer any firmware updates. So that answers the second question. What about the first question?
