If both are enabled, you have done all that you can. Time to upgrade that 2015 video card. Dell tested on Alienware desktops AMD FreeSync 2 compatible video cards =AMD Radeon RX 560X/570X/580XAMD Radeon RX 5700XTAMD Radeon RX Vega 64

Dell cannot confirm this because we did not test the 2019 S3220DGF on the 2015 AMD Radeon R9 390.
The S3220DGF maximums are =
2560x1440 60Hz with HDCP 2.22560x1440 165Hz (DP)2560x1440 144Hz (HDMI)
To do any Hz higher than 60, you must turn FreeSync On in the S3220DGF Menu-Game and in the AMD Radeon settings.
* Right click on the desktop and select AMD Radeon Settings* Navigate to the Display tab* Set AMD FreeSync to On

Hi Chris,
FreeSync is enabled and the tooltip in the Radeon software displayed a range of 48-60 Hz.
Let me know if there is anything else I should try.
Also is there a list of tested video cards available?
