S3220DGF, not running 120Hz? #18
Hi all,
Recently received my S3220DGF monitor to go with my PS5.
However when trying to setup to play at 120Hz, it doesn't seem to work, displaying only 60Hz.
I've been trying to play FIFA 21 at 120Hz, however I've played around with the PS5 and monitor settings and it only ever works at 60Hz.
Can anyone help?

Read my post here. That only applies if the firmware is older than A04.
To do any Hz higher than 60, you must turn AMD FreeSync On in the S3220DGF Menu-Game and in the Windows 10 AMD Radeon settings.
* Open the S3220DGF Menu, go to Others, choose Factory Reset
* Then turn Game- FreeSync On
* Set Game- Response Time to Fast (not Super Fast or Extreme)
* Exit the Menu
You will now have to explore the PS5 Video Output Settings to find the one to ensure 120Hz.
