S3220DGF, refresh rate problem on cold boot only

I have this S3220DGF connected via DP to a GTX 1080 (ASUS). Whenever I cold boot, it won't detect 164Hz, only 60Hz. I have to power down the S3220DGF and power it back up once I'm in Windows 10 Pro. Only then it detects 164Hz and switches to it automatically. Can I fix this problem somehow?

I have to say that it didn't happen with my old system (Z290/7700K/same video card). Only after I upgraded to an AMD 5800 X and X570 board (Strix X570-F). I have the latest bios for the motherboard, latest drivers for motherboard, video card, and S3220DGF, and of course, latest Windows updates. I don't really know what to do. The cable is the same as before.

If I restart the system, the refresh rate stays at 164Hz. This happens only if I shutdown completely and start again. I don't know if this is a video card problem or a S3220DGF problem, but video card and S3220DGF are the same. Any suggestions are more than welcomed. Thanks in advance!
