S3220DGF, static noise

Hello everyone,

So I have this really weird issue on some websites with dark mode, like YouTube (which is being used frequently).

Whenever I open YouTube, there's a static (bzzz) noise from the right side of my monitor, and the pixels appear to be "bigger" and more visible.

If I switch the theme to Light, the issue disappears.

I have tried an extension which turns websites to black, and more of them showed the same issue.

The weird part is not all of them cause it. Like Facebook, Reddit, Gmail with dark theme are okay.

Notable is that I use a DP cable with a DP to mDP adapter, however not sure if it's related in anyway.

Any suggestions on what could be the issue here and what should I do next?
