S3221QS, right speaker is distorted

I'm on my second S3221QS with this issue. Right speaker has what sounds like digital distortion on audio peaks. Anybody else?

Status Update: replacement monitor resolved the issue.

* Are you saying that both the original S3221QS and the replacement/exchanged S3221QS have the same right speaker issue?

* What PC model?
* What operating system?
* Explain in detail how the S3221QS is connecting to the PC using all ports and cabling
* What audio apps are you using to show the audio issue?

Yes, appears to be the same issue.

Windows 10 on the ASUS is normally have hooked up, and W11 in the Dell

Opened another ticket before I saw this email.

ASUS laptop, HDMI direct to monitor, no docking station.

Also tested by plugging that same HDMI cable into my Dell Ispiron 15 3211.  Same issue.

Source - Mostly playing Youtube videos.

Same progression in this monitor that I saw in the last one.   This one was good for a week or two and then I started noticing some distortion - almost imperceptible.   Started getting worse each day (same as the last monitor).

Monitor has 2 USB (mouse, keyboard), HDMI.  That's all.

The Dell agents will need to hear the distortion via a video file. Per the online S3221QS User's Guide page 26, the recording must be done from a minimum of 3ft from the S3221QS panel which is the distance of the users head from the panel =

And where would I post this video file so you can see/hear it?   It will be way too large to email.

You will need to use a file hosting site like Dropbox or Google Drive. Then send the link to the agent via one of their private messages.
