S3422DWG, G-Sync compatible?
Hi,
Is this Dell S3422DWG Ultra Wide Monitor G-Sync compatible? Is it certified by Nvidia? And will it be as performant than a real G-Sync monitor? My new Alienware computer comes with a RTX 3080 and I want to maximize my monitor performance.

You will have to check the Nvidia site for their list of AMD FreeSync monitors that they support with Nvidia G-Sync.
The S3422DWG is not in our list of Dell AMD FreeSync monitors that are Nvidia G-Sync compatible. Perhaps that article has yet to be updated.
The S3422DWG sales site never mentions Nvidia G-Sync, only AMD FreeSync =

low-latency gameplay with AMD FreeSync Premium Technology
The online S3422DWG User's Guide never mentions Nvidia G-Sync, only AMD FreeSync =
page 8 = AMD FreeSync Premium Pro
page 25 = NOTE: This monitor supports AMD FreeSync Premium Pro Technology
page 46 = Allows you to set the AMD FreeSync Premium Pro On or Off

Ok, it is not compatible with G-Sync if I refer to NVDIA webs site.
