What is that white "dot"? It is warranty case?

DimNan,
You can run the monitor self test to see if the white dot is present. Also, reset the monitor as well. For information on performing these task can be found in the online manual at the link below.

I am not asking. I confirm, that my monitor has a white spot! Is it a warranty case?

The monitor would have to show 6 or more Sub-Pixel defects to warrant an exchange.
