SE2218HV, How to remove the stand?
I have a SE2218HV and I would like to remove the monitor stand from it. The back of the monitor shows a small graphic of a pen with an arrow, and the user manual states that I should "Insert a flat blade screw driver into the slot on the display back cover, and the release the latch that secures the monitor stand."
The space between the monitor and the stand is too narrow for me to insert a screwdriver or a pen, so I have been attempting to use tweezers to press. When I insert the tweezers and press the small circular area, it compresses a little bit and nothing else happens. When I push to the side, nothing happens. Can you please help explain to me how I should go about removing the stand?

I followed your instructions. I did have to search my tools for the proper screwdriver. With the help of my brother, not a one person job, it did the trick for us on the second try. Cheers.

While using the tweezers to press the latch. Gently move the stand riser/body left and right while pulling it away from the panel
