SE2717H, glitches

Greetings,

I have been having some strange issues and I don't know if it is my PC or my monitor. Let me describe you the problems:

I get random screen glitches for less then a second like the image moving left or right, up and down or screen tearing. This usually happens when I am in internet browsers while watching to twitch (problem maybe?) or having twitch in a different tab, YouTube also. It also happening while typing on Facebook once. Last Saturday the screen went black for a good second .It also happened in the Radeon Software program while switching tabs.

Since then I have reverted the monitor to factory settings, updated my graphics drivers and updated my Windows OS. But the issue still persist all though since the reset on factory settings, less prevalent then before.
On the other hand I have noticed this happening when some of my appliances turn on (refrigerator) but not always.

I am out of ideas since this could be a problem anywhere. My specs are as follows:
Intel Core i5-8400
16GB ram
Radeon RX 570

Any help would be appreciated.
