U2718Q, shipped from USA to Singapore, red line

Hi,

I've purchased a Dell U2718Q 27" 16:9 UltraSharp 4K IPS Monitor in the USA in February and moved to Singapore last month (July). When I unpacked the monitor (5 months later) and plugged it in, I see a thin red line in the middle of the screen. I sent the monitor over by air, and it was packed in its original packaging, so I wouldn't expect any damage to the monitor during shipment. But I did not have this problem in the USA. I would normally send it back to Dell for an exchange in the USA but given I am in Singapore, not sure how to handle this. Is there an Asia repair or exchange center I can coordinate with for a USA product warranty? Any other recommendations?
