Tilt function on a Mobile Intel gfx card

Just got home with two brand new 19" Dell monitors (both are DELL 1907FP). Both are running great - I just can't get the "tilt" function to work. I'm running the monitors on a Sony Vaio laptop with an onboard gfx card (Mobile Intel® 915GM/GMS, 910GML Express Chipset Family). I have downloaded the latest drivers from Intel - but can't get the darn things working. I'm wondering of the software has some sort of "switch" where I tell it, that I have monitors that tilt - or if it should work on itself. In any case; nothing happens when I try to tilt the monitors...others than a sore neck. Does anyone have any advice as to how I get this working? If so, it would make me a happy camper :-D
