Two A00 Firmware U2415 Monitors that I cannot Daisy Chain
I purchased two U2415 monitors in December 2014 that I am unable to daisy chain. The firmware according to the back of the monitors is A00. Is there a way to flash the firmware to upgrade the firmware to support daisy chaining via displayport?

Unfortunately, no. We do not have any mechanism in place to allow customers to update the firmware on this Dell monitor. The firmware update is only done in our service centers on returned monitors. The only way to get a monitor with the updated firmware is via a used monitor exchange. Be sure that DP 1.2 is disabled on the second U2415 in the daisy chain.
