U2212HM, how to reset Factory Service Menu?
Hi
Is there any chance to reset the service menu on U2212HM monitor? I need to reset "Offset" and "Gain". I tested with "softMCCS" but it didn't work.

That is unknown by Dell Technical Support. Some of the Dell monitor FSM (Factory Service Menu) might have a reset all function. But, the FSM was only used by our manufacturer service centers, so we do not have that documentation.

I changed "offset" and "Gain" Can it cause destruction monitor?

That is unknown by Dell Technical Support. We cannot know the ramifications of those changes.
