U2410 - Cannot change resolution
Just bought a U2410 from ebay. I Installed the U2410 monitor driver, installed the latest ATI 4800 series drivers, have tried to change the resolution settings to 1960 x 1200 and it just resets automatically to 1200 x 1024 everytime I try. I have run the self-test tool, this works fine. Any ideas on any dumb stuff I'm missing? I'm afraid I don't yet have the service code, I am contacting the guy to try and get the Dell order number from him.
Rough system specs:
Intel core 2 duo e5300
4 gb 1066 ddr2 ram
gigabyte ga ep45 ds3r mobo
Asus EAH4850 gfx card

Gfx card was not happy with using the secondary DVI port to plug the monitor into, once I had changed ports, it was totally happy, hope this helps anyone who ever has the same problem.
