U2410 calibration consistency issues
I got my U2410 monitor a few week ago over exited that I would solve "all"-most my problems with color consistency during photo editing with Photoshop CS4. I thought it would be also a great idea to get a calibrator so i got for myself a Xrite I1Display pro. So after the my first calibration was great with Delta around 0.8, 122 cd/m2.
Only to find out the next day after turning on the PC that the monitor was to dark measuring only 90cd/m2 and delta around 10-12. After that I did not manage to get a calibration with similar results. I read in some forums that the monitor needs some time to warm but didn't pay enough attention. Thought it would be a good idea to get a better Display Card so took out my 4850 and got a firepro v4800. Display port more colors (10-bit) , better right? Still the same issues when turning off the PC and also ADC not working through DP.
The configuration is the following:
Windows7 64bits SP1, Q6600, 4GB RAM, ATI Firepro v4800, Xrite I1Display pro.
The monitor is U2410f , Aug 2011, S/N:CN-0F525M-72872-18R-D2CL REV A08
Any suggestions on how to get consistent colors/luminance are appreciated :)

Two things: 1) my U2410 takes a noticeable amount of time before it reaches full brightness. Let it warm up. 2) It's possible that your computer isn't reloading your calibrated profile when it awakes or is turned on. The box "Use Windows Color Display Calibration" in the Color Management- (Advanced tab) section of the Control Panel must be checked.

uniboy thanks for the tip. This is correct. If I let the monitor to warm up for let say 45 min the colors are consistent. Regarding the calibration now, I used the settings suggested by Chris M and I was able to get good results.
