U2412M, gone vertical, portrait

I have a dell U2412M monitor and display has gone vertical (Portrait) as seen by picture. Yet on my laptop the screen is normal. So I want to known how I can change my settings to display the picture across the screen (Landscape) instead of up and done (Portrait) ?
