U2412M vs SE2222H?
Hi all,
This is my first post, like your opinion on which monitor I should choose. Two weeks ago I purchased a used Inspiron 3891 i5 As a replacement for my 10 year old computer. However, due to increasing pressure on energy costs, I would like to buy a more efficient monitor than the one I have. (Samsung SyncMaster 9923NW) It needs to be an LED type.
I would like some advice on which is the better please don't go you into too many technical details just want to know which is the better one and I don't want to know that the ultra-sharp is older than the other.
Which is best Dell UltraSharp U2412M 24 vs Dell SE2222H? Which would cost the most if I was to buy new?

First, we need to know if that Inspiron 3891 desktop shipped with an added discrete video card?
If yes, we need to know what specific video card to ascertain its video out ports. We would then use that data to make sure the monitors will connect to it.
If no, then the Inspiron 3891 desktop will use its onboard HDMI out port or VGA out port to connect to monitors.

As for which monitor is considered superior, I think you've answered my question in the last line of your reply. Regarding the graphic card, the Inspiron 3891 is absent of a separate graphics card, relying on the one integrated in the i-5 10400.
