U2413 Inverse Ghosting
According to previous post, the problems with U2413 monitor and Inverse Ghosting should have been fixed with new revisions:
http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/peripherals/f/3529/t/19532239.aspx
I have just purchased a new 24" U2413 (on 14 Feb 2014) from Dell Ireland and getting really bad green inverse ghosting on just scrolling simple web pages. The REV number on the back is A00 but according to that previous post it says the latest revisions may not be reflected in the label on the back. How can I find out what revision it is and whether I should be able to change setting to get rid of this ghosting issue?

That is the newer revision.
* Remove the Dell Displays Manager software, restart when done
* Press the monitor Menu button to open the OSD (On Screen Display)
* Open Display Settings
* Highlight Smart Video Enhance
* Change it to Off
* Exit the OSD
* Retest

kpar001,
What is the 20 digit alpha-numeric number on the monitor itself?

Hi Chris,
Thanks for that but I already checked that Smart Video Enhance is Off.
Preset Mode is Standard. Input source DisplayPort.
I'm using a MacBook Pro so don't have Dell Displays Manager software.
(MacBook Pro 15" Mid2010, OS X 10.8.5, 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5, NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 256 MB).
Anything else I can try?

Hi Cris,
can you check if my serial is the last release?
