U2413, Revision A00, concerned about problems
U2413 has green reverse ghosting Body. I just received my U2413 from Dell last week but haven't opened it yet. When I ordered there was no way that I could find to request a Rev A02 version. The monitor I received is a Rev A00 with a manufacture date of April, 2013. For the Dell person/s reading this the s/n is CN-0XTXXK-72872-34F-ANFL. I am concerned about the green reverse ghosting issue and first became aware of it while reading some buyer comments on Amazon's listing of the monitor. I have not opened the box yet and considering requesting Dell to issue a call ticket for a pick up and replace it with a Rev A02 just for good customer service. Any further comments on this revision issue that haven't already been discussed. And, thanks from a new buyer for the detailed information I've read so far.
Thanks, Mike

Mike,
Did you purchase the U2413 from the New monitor website or from the Dell Outlet refurbished site?

Chris,
Thanks much. I'll go through the Dell calibration process and work on a few images and let you know what I find out. Right now I see no visible problems with the monitor. The color is great. Actually the other monitor on the system, a Dell U2001, is dull alongside.
Hopefully the information I sent you might give you a path back to the records for the monitor to tell you exactly what revision it is. At least that's what I could do back in my system tech days since I worked out of the plant and had a great working relationship with the techs on the line and in final test.
Thanks, Mike

You should test that U2413. We received word that the factory is not changing the PPID serial number label. They are fixing them on their end but it cost too much to generate the new labels. So all New U2413 purchases regardless of the revision on the label should have the internal A02 fixes.
