U2413 Setting to sleep when computer is off

I bought a U2413 as a companion to my U2410.  When my computer turns off my U2410 goes to sleep as it should.  However my U2413 does not, instead it gives messages informing me that there is no input (duh!)  What setting will cause it to sleep when the computer turns off?  Currently I need to physically turn it off via the front panel switch.

I have a GTX Titan GPU, using both DVI outputs for the monitors.  Even when I switch the monitor cables at the output ports, the U1410 behaves as it should, but the U2413 stays on, so this appears to be an issue with the U2413.

Thanks,

George

Now that I've been using the U2413 for a few days, here are my more-accurate observations:

After I turn off the computer, the U2413 will go into sleep mode.  It remains in this state for approximately 30 seconds.  Then it wakes up and displays the message:

There is no signal coming from your computer. Press any key on the keyboard or move the mouse to wake it up. If there is no display, press the monitor button now to select the correct input source on the On-Screen-Display menu.

Keep in mind that the computer has been turned off (it is not even in sleep mode), so pressing a key is futile. The above message remains on for perhaps 15 or 20 seconds, then the screen goes back to sleep.  It stays in sleep mode for approximately 30 seconds, then wakes up and the process repeats(!)  This goes on possibly forever.

Another interesting behavior - when It goes into the above cycle, I have no choice but to turn it off from the front panel.  If I come back perhaps 20 minutes later and turn it on from the front panel (without turning on the computer), it displays the message:

No DVI-D Cable

The display will go into Power Save Mode in 5 minutes

The progress bar counts down 5 minutes, then the screen goes, and stays, in power saving mode, like it should have from the beginning.

There is obviously some sort of electrical anomaly with the U2413 which is not present in the U2410.  This isn't the end of the world as I can simply power down the monitor when not in use, but for $600 it should behave as expected.

Has anyone else seen this behavior, or am I just lucky :-)

Same problem with my U2410.

If i use HDMI, and UNPLUG the HDMI from my laptop, then the monitor says "NO HDMI CABLE" all day long.  In our office, Dell monitors are the only ones that have this problem.
