U2413, calibration problem, i1Display Studio not found
Hello,
I am trying to calibrate the U2413 monitor on Windows 10 with "i1Display Studio" and the device is not detected? When I run "Dell UltraSharp Color Calibration System" it always appears in demo mode. The laptop correctly detects all devices connected to the display, including the card reader. I have tried several versions of Dell software but it is always the same. I currently have version 1.5.8 from July 2015 installed which I think is the one recommended by Dell on the support page for Windows 10. Calibration device light blinks. What can I do to solve this problem?

Our OEM version of DUCCS (Dell UltraSharp Color Calibration System) was only tested/validated with the X-Rite i1Display Pro colorimeter.
Have you tried uninstalling our OEM DUCCS, restarting the PC, then installing and using the provided software that came with the X-Rite i1Display Studio?

I'm having exactly the same problem. I only recalibrate occassionally, so just noticed it. It's been working for years. Yes, I have the correct X-rite until I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling Dell's calibration solution, both the current version and an older version. In all cases, the same thing happens. The software comes up in demo mode, and it refused to find the X-rite i1 Display colorimeter, despite the fact that the PC is picking it up and it is occassionally light pulsing.
Obviously, something has changed. I suspect in the OS. Since the monitor and solution is from 2013...so long ago for Dell that the monitor does not have a service TAG, I suspect I'm SOL, but if you folks could look into updating our application so it works, that would be great. Otherwise, I'll likely replace the monitor with another company's since I can't trust Dell to continue supporting a key application I bought it for...the innate calibration.
Also, I dug up the install disk for the non Dell version of the calibration utility. Windows 11 refused to install it. It won't even come up.
