U2414H Daisy Chain not working
I have purchased 3x U2414H and am having a incredible time getting the Displayport 1.2 daisy chain to work. I am using 2 ASUS 780 DirectCUII in SLI. Latest Nvidia Drivers
The monitors will work if they are hooked up directly to the graphics and I have occasionaly managed to get the MST to work on one of the screens. Plugging in the 3 screen using causes the who thing to fail and often complete freezes the PC.
I have a sneaking suspicion there is a serious issue with the DP on these monitors as I have never had problems like this with other brands. Its usually just plug and go.
Just one question to make sure I completely understand. Displayport 1.2 should only be enabled on the last of the chain (the screen that goes into the PC).
X + Y+ Z (chain is right to left)
Z is chained to Y and Y chained into X. Y and X DP 1.2 is DISABLED
X is plugged into the PC and DP 1.2 is set to ENABLED

Never mind..I got it resolved.
Turns out Y had to be set to enabled as well and each screen activated in order.
I will say though that the TFTCentral article is correct on on point...the DP on these monitors are really really fussy, I have never struggled as much as I have with these.
Glad its over though...
