U2414H, Dell India Affiliate Store, Received faulty monitor, poor service

I purchased a Dell Ultrasharp U2414H Monitor online from CompuIndia.com (Dell India Affiliate Store) which I received this item on 22-June-2015

From the day I received it I was facing too many problems with that. The purpose of purchasing the new monitor was to connect to my Acer Laptop (Aspire E1-572) which has VGA & HDMI ports to connect to external monitor. As the monitor has only got HDMI & Display ports as input and they didn't provide HDMI cables along with the monitor, I had to purchase HDMI cable for making it to work the first day. I was using it as a multi monitor and the strange problem appeared to start. The monitor was going blank and coming into normal state in 2-3 seconds in infrequent delays several times (5-10 times) in an Hour. I checked all the cable connection and detached all other connection other than power cable and HDMI cable and it was the same scenario again. I re-installed OS in my system and updated all the drivers only to see the problem was still there. I thought it might be due to some fault in HDMI cable which I purchased from local shop. So I kept the monitor aside and ordered for a new HDMI cable online which I received 25-June-2015. I replaced my old HDMI cable with the newly purchased one. The monitor was still showing the same problem but was happening infrequently till noon when I noticed the monitor started to flicker and display was going blank and coming back very rapidly. I switched off my laptop and detached all the cables other than power cable of the monitor and tested again and could see the same thing is happening again. I plugged the monitor on to different power outlets to confirm if this was anything to do with power source problem but was not that case. I recorded the photos and video of this strange behavior using my mobile camera and the zip file containing the same was sent to CompuIndia support team explaining the problems the same day. As I didn't get any response from them I contacted them today (26-June). The CompuIndia representative told me to contact Dell support. Contacting Dell support was really painful although they listed too many contact numbers on their website. I was put on hold several times and got disconnected. After trying for 2-3 Hours in the morning at last I was able to explain all my problem to a person name Sunil. After verifying online about all the problems and trying all the possible solutions, my monitor was still showing the same complaint. So he told me that they can have an Tech person visit my place and replace my monitor with a refurbished one. I was not willing to accept the refurbished monitor as replacement because it was showing the problem from the day 1 I received and It was only just 4 days passed so I have the right to get it replaced with a new one. So he advised me to contact CompuIndia again to get a replacement with a brand new monitor. II contacted a person at CompuIndia again and explained everything who assured me that he would contact me shortly. As I didn't get any call or email from them I contacted them several times but everytime they said would get back to me but I was never contacted by them. I contacted them in the evening again and they said would reply to my email in 2 minutes. Now the person (didn't provide his name) at CompuIndia says they didn't get response from Technical Team and only after that he would email me. Now this is reaching no where. I'm really frustrated re: the service DELL provide. I feel like I shouldn't have purchased Dell monitor. I wasted lots of my time and money. Please advise where I need to contact to get the replacement.
