Yes, I've received FOUR of your PMs within 24 hours. Sigh, If only human tech support had the tenacious determination of their virtual counterparts. Sigh.

I just would like some help with understanding the functionality of the monitor's shortcut keys. No service requested. Don't need to hear my 7 year old monitor is out of warranty. Just help with a simple, stupid question.
