U2419H, color differences, real solution?

I've read a lot of topics about this problem already, but there is no real solution to this. Is this really the only solution to the problem? The screen is flickering massively, especially with the white balance. Changing the OD to 'off' every time you start up the monitor is not a real solution to me.

That was marked as a "Community Accepted Solution" by user yyjk. The only Dell solution was to get the U2419H exchanged while still under warranty.
