U2515H, black borders, #3
I am suffering from the black borders at the top and sides of my screen, i have checked all settings, and updated all drivers, screen scaling is as far as it can go, i have also ran the diagnostic and the lines appear during this also. They are 5mm roughly at the top and sides.

* What is the 20 digit serial number and A0x revision number?
* Was this purchased new from Dell or possibly used from a reseller?
* Post pictures of the BID (Built-in Diagnostics) colored screens show the issue

So they sold you a monitor that was 15 months old built on 8/19/16. Unfortunately, we could not exchange it. Based on those pictures, that border is within our manufacturer specifications.
