U2711 bottom menu button intermittently blinking. PART2
I bought the monitor. Faced with a problem that has already been described here: http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/peripherals/f/3529/t/19359461.aspx
I wrote down the problem to the camera:

Now what do I do with this monitor? Can it be replaced with a new one? Who do I contact with this problem in Russia?

If you only have a Dell order number for your monitor, you should contact Order Support for your country.
If your monitor was purchased tied to a Dell computer, contact Technical Support for your country.
They will need the following data -
Email Address:
Name:
Shipping Address:
Phone Number:
Monitor Order number or PC Service Tag number:
Monitor 20 digit PPID number:
Reason:

I bought in Russia, in-store display DELL! To the computer it does not apply.
Give me contact details for customer support DELL in Russia. It is desirable phone number.
I would also like to hear from you comment about my problem. Why the sensor itself is blinking?

Funny, but not on the list of Russia, which sells your products:)
You can contact with engineers and show them my video? Their knowledge base of technical problems can be the case, because he's not alone.

I am in the USA. All I have is this list. I cannot know why the sensor is blinking. The engineering team will have to do Failure Analysis once it gets back to Dell.
