U2713HM, no power
My U2713HM has now crashed completely. It's all black, and nothing woks at all. We had a small fall out in the electricity (one minute), and when the power came back, the monitor stayed off, when all other devices started up again. I disconnected all cables and connected them again, but not even the start button reacts. What do I do?

Was the U2713HM plugged into a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) ? Or was it connected directly to the wall socket when you had the power outage?
* While the computer is on and the monitor is still connected to the computer, turn off the monitor
* Disconnect the monitor power cord from the bottom of the monitor
* Press and hold in the monitor power button for 10 seconds
* Reconnect the monitor power cord
* Attempt to turn on the monitor
