Hi js30030,
Thanks for posting.
Be sure you are using the correct DVI cable.
Some users have posted better results using the Display Port rather than the DVI.
Additionally, we would need the following:
* Which specific Dell desktop model?
* Exactly how are you trying to connect the U2713HM to the desktop using which ports and cabling?

Hi, Robert, thanks. I am using the same DVI-D dual-link cable that came with the monitor. I've since added a discreet graphics card and the issue is resolved. I'm assuming Intel HD Graphics 630 is not compatible with this monitor.
