U2717D, service tag can't be found in online My Account
Hi,
Got a U2717D that's acting a little bit weird. Image will sometimes go for as much as a split second to stay all fine for 1h-2h and come this issue again.
When trying to input my monitor as "my product" in my account, the Monitor Service Tag can't be found?
I also tried with S/N to no avail. It's like my monitor does not exist. Any ideas

* When was this monitor purchased?
* Was this monitor purchased directly from Dell? If not, then from which reseller?
* What is the 20 digit s/n and A0x revision?
* What is the service tag number? (I will record and then delete it from your post)
* Explain this in detail, "Image will sometimes go for as much as a split second"
* To what computer model is the monitor attached?
* What operating system is installed on the computer?
* What video card/GPU is installed in the computer?
* What video OUT ports are on the video card/GPU?
* List all monitor cables and adapters attached to the computer and the ports they are using and how they are connecting to the monitor. For example =
