U2718Q, MacBook Pro, delay
I've noticed the following issues:
When I connect the monitor to a MacBook Pro, there is a noticeable delay when changing spaces or desktops. I thought this was normal until I tried with another monitor (not from Dell, an old 1080p) and it works much more fluidly.
When I connect it to a desktop PC, the mouse movements feel, sluggish. It's hard to describe, but it's as if the cursor movement was not too responsive.
I've used the HDMI connection in both cases (with a USB Type-C adapter on the MacBook Pro) with two different cables and the results are the same. I can't use the other possible connections as I don't have adapters for said ports.
